Velvet curtains are an ideal multi purpose window covering. They offer a luxurious look and feel along with room darkening privacy. The typical velvet curtain is available in a variety of rich colors to suit any décor. Velvet drapes are ideal for bedrooms or living rooms because they add so much elegance and character to an otherwise boring room.
Velvet is made from woven fabrics made from cotton or polyester. The soft, deep pile of velvet is one if its most sought after qualities.
